IN-STOCK ITEM

  • All items are listed in Canadian Currency (CAD)
  • PreciousGrowth is not responsible for any international currency exchange difference, duty and/or tax.
  • We typically restock every Fridays.  If you see anything you want and the quantity is low, please feel free to go-ahead with our "Pre-order" option or Contact Us with the specific item you would like to purchase, we sure will glady help you out.

PRE-ORDER & BACK ORDER ITEM

PreciousGrowth is constantly acquiring new products and brands available to our store, therefore, there are items that are available to be "Pre-order" by customers.  

  • Pre-order items are charged the time the order is placed.
  • If combined shipping is selected with pre-ordered item, depending on timing condition of the pre-ordered item, we may or may not ship the order in a separated shipment.
  • Please note that the shipment may require pickup at your local postal office.  Please notify us if you will be out-of-town at the time when the estimated time of arrival (ETA) presented to you.
  • Your order will be placed in a priority sequence and you will receive your order when the item becomes available.
  • If the item that has been pre-ordered, does not arrive to our warehouse in the end, a full refund will be issued.  Please see our Refund Policy for more information on how are refund being calculated.
  • Pre-order can be cancelled at anytime.

While we ensure the security of your means of payment, we are trying to offer flexible and hassle-free payment option, so you can get your order as early as you can.

We accept: American Express, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Email Money Transfer (EMT)

Email Money Transfer instruction as follow:

EMT Question should be: What is the final amount of my payment?
EMT Answer should be: Your final payment amount without the dollar sign & decimal (e.g. $148.45 enter "14845")

***Please note that we WILL NOT process your order before your EMT is successfully deposited.  And if we do not receive your EMT 24 hours after the checkout, your item(s) will be cancelled, restocked back on shelf.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION

If you are planning to select our Free Local Pick-up option, there are few things you need to know before you checkout.

  • Generally, your package will be ready by the following Monday.
  • If you need your package to be ready prior to the above mentioned day, for special reason, please ensure you Contact us before you checkout.
  • Please allow minimum 2 business days for items to be processed and packaged.  (i.e. If you have placed your order on Sunday, your order will not be ready for pick up until the next following Monday.)
  • Please note that business days are defines as Monday through Friday excluding Canada Statutory Holidays.

SALE

  • Unlike other online shops, we have items on sale NOT because they are overstocked or discontinued.  We will have Monthly-sale Campaign.  Different items will be put on sale every First of the Month.  
  • Because we have the Monthly-sale Campaign every month, we do not do any Price or Sale-match.
