Refunds / Store Credits & Exchange
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. While we do our best to offer the very best images, descriptions and videos online, we understand that sometimes buying from online is not the same as seeing and touching an item in person.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 5 days of the sale date, as detailed below. Store credit or exchange may be issued after the 5th days and within 10 days of purchased online. Original receipt MUST BE presented for any refund / store credits & exchange. We ask that the product be in the same condition you received it (brand new unused), and in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, and/or other documentation intact. Any of the these missing, refund & exchange WILL NOT be processed.

All Jo-EE Baby Shoes are made to order item upon ordering. We cannot accept returns for any incorrect sizing. Please make sure you provide the accurate sizes before order! If you have any questions about sizing, please Contact Us. We are more than welcome to help.
Exchange for the same shoes are accepted on any item due to manufacturer defects within 10 days of purchase. No exchange after that day.
If you wish to return items that were purchased on sale, we will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please Contact Us prior to returning any product. Failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the item and refund according to our policy.
All returns must include original packaging, packing slip, tags, and must be in re-sellable condition. Any of the these missing, refund & exchange WILL NOT be processed. You may use the original box the item was shipped with. Simply fill out the Contact Us form, indicating "Returns", we will provide instructions.
We only accept returns by mail. Once you have contacted us for a return, we will send you instruction. For your protection, we advise you return all items via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. PreciousGrowth will not be responsible for undelivered packages if a tracking number is not provided.
Please DO NOT send or return any package to your FREE-PICKUP location. PreciousGrowth will not be responsible for any package(s) lost resulted in sending to the wrong location.
All Returns and Exchanges MUST BE accompanied by original receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item and do not have the receipt or received as a gift without a gift receipt, the item will be valued at the lowest price at which it has been sold. Sorry, only store credits or exchange are accepted on items returned without receipt.
HOW WILL MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BE CALCULATED?
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHEN/HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
You will receive a refund or store credit within 10 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
- Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase.
- Store Credits: We will issue a store credit that can be used on a future purchase at www.PreciousGrowth.com
